In 2015 INC magazine predicted that an estimated 84 percent of communications would be visual by 2018.

In 2022 given the increase of visual content, especially post pandemic we can certainly see their statistics were spot on!  Everyone who engages with your brand is desperate to truly connect.

  • Two-thirds (67%) of people understand information better when communicated visually  
  • Almost half (47%) of employees think their company relies on plain-text email to communicate

The modernization of business communications has become paramount. However, even given the increased demand for personal connection in communications, most organizations have actually increased their plain text communication efforts post pandemic. As the workforce becomes increasingly digitally savvy, eye-catching visuals and videos are necessary for stakeholder and employee engagement. Businesses that adapt will find themselves boosting productivity and attracting top talent and opportunities.
